FAQ's

Can I place multiple orders?

No. Each person can only order once every 30 days. We always check names and addresses to make sure there are no duplicate orders. If you live with multiple people, please make sure they order under their name, or else the order may be delayed.

Do you have discreet packaging?

All of our standard shipments will arrive in a discreet, white box. The outside label does not say APO or mention condoms or HIV testing. On occasion, orders may be shipped in different packaging (ex: brown box, bubble mailer, etc.) but will never mention APO, condoms, or testing on the outside of the package.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours and will be shipped out as quickly as possible. Most packages should arrive within one week, depending on the delivery speed of the shipping provider (ex: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). You can minimize delays by making sure that all order information is complete and correct.

Will you let me know if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order (ex: not eligible for the program due to age or residence, incomplete mailing address, etc.), APO will contact you by phone to resolve any issues and answer any questions you may have. Please note that calls from APO will show up as blocked/private/unknown caller on caller id.

I live outside of APO’s Southwest Missouri service area, can I still place an order?

APO will only ship condoms and at-home HIV test kits to residents of APO’s 29-county service area. If we are unable to ship to your location, our staff would be happy to assist you with locating other free condom and HIV testing resources in your area.

I am worried that my parents/roommates might accidentally open my package, what should I do?

Your package will be clearly labeled with your name but we understand that privacy concerns are very real. If you don’t feel comfortable having your order shipped to your home, APO staff can still assist you with finding a location close to you where you can pick up free condoms in person. Send us a message or call us at (417) 881-1900 and ask to speak to a Prevention Specialist.
